Madrones will be holding a Wine Dinner on May 11. This month’s Wine Dinner menu was created to highlight the flavors of a variety of wines from the Hartford Court Family Winery in Forestville, CA. Robert Parker, a leading U.S wine critic has commented that “Hartford Family Winery is one of the most impressively run wineries in the Russian River AVA.” The team at Madrones has carefully selected food pairings to complement each of the featured Harford Court wines to be featured in this dinner.
