This January, Madrones is Starting the Year Off With a Dinner, Cocktail, and Two Wine Specials!

 

This month, Madrones is offering limited-time dinner specials, including a 7oz. center-cut beef tenderloin, toped with triple cream brie and balsamic reduction (severed with hardwood grilled tomatoes, asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes), Pinot Grigro from Santa Cristina, Red Blend from Primus, and the Phoenix Rising cocktail!

 

Try our Beef Tenderloin. It will knock your socks off!

 

First up, our 7oz. tenderloin is to die for (just try to make it until after dinner though, we don’t need that kind of liability). This baby is center-cut and unbelievably tender and topped with a triple cream brie and balsamic reduction that mix wonderfully with the juices. This entrée is served with hardwood grilled tomatoes (ready for summer yet?), asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.

In January Madrones will be featuring two wine selections for our wine of the month offer. The first, a Pinot Grigio from Antinori’s Santa Cristina estate in Tuscany, and the second, a Red Blend from Primus vineyards of Chile.

The Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio has aromas of orange flowers, golden apples, and lemon grass. This Pinot Grigio is light and crisp, refreshing to the palette and a hint of sunshine during Maryland’s dreary January.

Chilean red grapes from the Colchagua region are renowned for their powerful, bold flavors, and that’s just what you’ll get in the Red Blend from Primus. Primus’ grapes are hand picked, sorted and aged for a minimum of 12 months, and feature exotic spice and red and black berry flavors.

Our featured wines are $11 per glass, or $38 a bottle. Come in to Madrones on Wednesdays for half-priced wine of the month selections.

 

Finally, Let the sunshine in with Madrones’ featured cocktail!

 

This January Madrones will be featuring a specialty cocktail, Phoenix Rising. Coming to you all the way from the Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort of Scottsdale, Arizona, this cocktail brings luxury directly to your booth or barstool.

The Phoenix Rising takes Phoenician Woodford Reserve Bourbon and take it up three kicks of Cointreau. Top her off with orange juice, orange bitters, and a splash of grenadine, you’ll be gazing into the Arizona sunset without leaving your table.

Served on the rocks with an orange twist for just $8.
