An Evening on the Andes

You’re cordially invited to spend an Evening on the Andes Mountains with Madrones. April’s wine diner will feature 6 courses with wine pairings from both Chile and Argentina. Explore the unique and exciting flavors from South America with equally exciting food. Below is a list of each course:

1st Course

Wine: Pascual Toso Brut, Argentina
Food Pairing: Shrimp Martini

2nd Course

Wine: Santa Ema Carmenere, Chile
Food Pairing: Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms with spinach, roasted red pepper, garlic onion and goat cheese

3rd Course

Wine: Bodega Norton Torrontes, Argentina
Food Pairing: Tex Mex Egg Roll

4th Course

Wine: Montes Alpha Pinot Noir, Chile
Food Pairing: Chilean Sea Bass Nouveau

5th Course

Wine: Kaiken Ultra Malbec, Argentina
Food Pairing: Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Argentinean Spices

6th Course

Wine: Pasual Toso Brut, Argentina
Food Pairing: Key Lime Pie

For the 1st and final course we pair the food with the Pasual Toso Brut to showcase the versatile nature of this selection. Each course has been carefully crafted to highlight the flavors of both the wine and food selection. This is a fantastic opportunity to taste some of our chef’s creations that may not be on the menu.

If you’re interested in attending this dinner, ask your server to purchase tickets. We have limited seating available for this event. The Evening on the Andes will take place on April 20, 2015 starting at 7pm. Tickets are available for $75 per person, which includes all food and wine, tax and gratuity.
